2. All orders after Noon on Friday CST or that are placed on a holiday (or holiday weekend) will be processed the next business day. Keep in mind it is a 1 to 3 day processing time. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses put in by customer. You must correct address error within our 1 to 3 day processing time otherwise you must contact the carrier with the tracking number provided to get your package sent to correct address. We are not reasonable for any delays that happen on part of any carriers USPS, UPS, FEDEX or other. Please understand once it leaves our hands we have no control when your package is delivered. You are provided with a tracking number which then you can track through carrier. If there is any issues you MUST contact carrier the tracking number is with.
3. We are a Eco-friendly company, we have stopped providing a receipt with your order to help cut down waste. Etsy provides a "printer-friendly" receipt at checkout, if you so choose to have a receipt.
4. We do not offer discount code adjustments. Discount codes must be entered at the time of sale. If you send us a message right away we will cancel your order and you can then re-order the item with the discount code. Applying discount code after purchase is at the discretion of company and is not guaranteed.
5. We do not offer refunds/returns or cancelations on all food products they are considered perishable. We do not offer refunds on delays coming from any carrier USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or Others. But we will gladly replace the item if the item inside was delivered damaged or it was the wrong flavor put in by our mistake with the same flavor ordered. If sent wrong flavor take a photo of the inside package front and back and email it to us at email@example.com within 14 days from delivery and we will get your replacement sent out to you in 3 business days, no need to send other item back. If outside the 14 day tracked delivery it is at the discretion of the company to replace. and we will get your replacement of same flavor ordered sent out to you in 3 business days, no need to send other item back. In order to get a replacement product if you received item inside packaging damaged, please send a photo of the packaging and then the damaged item front and back to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of tracked delivery and allow us 3 business days to process it for review. Please allow 2 extra days there after to initiate shipping of your same flavor replacement product, if we determined it was damaged by carrier. If you report damage or want a refund after the 14th day from tracked delivery receipt you will need to reorder the same item, no replacement or refund will be given.
6. Our gift sets are non-refundable. If a non-food item arrives damaged from carrier mishandling. Send a photo to email@example.com within 14 days of tracked delivery and allow us 5 business days to process claim. We will require a photo of the packaging and the item inside the package. Once we determined it was damaged by carrier we will send out a replacement of the damaged item with the exact item that was damaged, no need to send other item back. If we are unable to replace the damaged item with exact item we will provide a refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refund to be issued back to payment used, once processing is complete. If you report damage or want a refund after the 14th day from delivery receipt you will need to reorder the same item, no replacement or refund will not be given.
